This past year marked a major milestone for the Camden-Wyoming Fire Company as we reached 1,000 fire responses in a single year for the first time in our companies history. This achievement is a direct reflection of the continued growth of our community and the rapidly developing fire district we proudly serve. As our district expands, so does the demand for service and our members continue to rise to the challenge. Answering 1,000 alarms is no small task. It requires dedication, professionalism, and countless hours of training, response, and preparation. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our Members and Career Staff, whose commitment and selflessness make this possible, day in and day out. Equally important, we thank their families who make sacrifices behind the scenes. Missed holidays, interrupted dinners, and time away from home so our firefighters can answer the call when our community needs them most.
